The highest doctoral degree in homeopathic medicine is a Ph.D. in homeopathy. In Jaipur, India, the Homoeopathy University offers the three to 6- year program. A Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) degree and at least 50% in coursework are prerequisites for admission. Both an examination for admission and an interview are part of the admissions procedure.
