B.Sc. in Medical Imaging Technology

A 3-4 year undergraduate program ,B.Sc. in Medical Imaging Technology, teaches students how to use and operate cutting-edge medical imaging equipment. Radiography, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, and nuclear imaging are among the subjects covered in the program. Students have practical experience with patient care, image acquisition and processing, and handling imaging equipment. In hospitals, diagnostic imaging facilities, and other healthcare settings, graduates of this degree are trained to work as medical imaging technologists, where they play a critical part in the diagnosis and ongoing monitoring of a variety of medical problems.
