Sumandeep Vidyapeeth, a unitary Deemed to be University, was established on 17th January 2007 under section 3 of the UGC Act 1956.

A Unique medical Deemed to be University the first of its kind to be established in Gujarat added another milestone achievement by acquiring Jain minority status in 2014.

The state of the art infrastructure and facilities available in the Institution helped in being awarded the highest Accreditation of  “A” grade by National Assessment &Accreditation Council (NAAC), in 2015 and Re-accredited with “A++” grade by NAAC in 2022.

A state of the Art MultiSpecialty hospital having 1360 beds, along with a modern hitech Dental hospital having 350 fully equipped dental chairs, ably supported by ultra modern physiotherapy department, offer highly subsidized services ranging from basic life support to Super Specialty care to all sections of society, not only from Gujarat but also from neighboring states.

Sumandeep Vidyapeeth incorporates globally benchmarked “Evidence Based Education System”, in all its academic programs, highlighting a unique and emerging trend in academics in our country.
