Students enrolled in 2-year Master of Arts (M.A.) in Social Work program are prepared for advanced practice in fields of community development and social welfare. This extensive course covers topics like human behavior, social policy, research methodologies, and clinical practice by fusing theoretical understanding with real-world fieldwork experiences. Students learn to address complex social issues, advocate for vulnerable populations, and implement evidence-based interventions. In order to give students the opportunity to practice their abilities in real-world situations, the curriculum usually includes supervised internships in a variety of social care areas. Graduates are prepared to serve as clinical social workers, community organizers, or policy advocates in scenarios like healthcare, mental health, child welfare, and community groups.
