Vision

• Maharaja Surajmal Brij University is committed to creating and sustaining the conditions that enable all the university students to experience an unparalleled educational journey that is intellectually, socially, and personally transformative. We are expanding avenues of discovery across all fields while creating new pathways for applying knowledge where it is needed in the world. At the same time, we are ensuring that new ideas are grounded in ethics and solutions benefit from diverse perspectives.

• Our vision guides the university’s approach to research, education & impact and includes new initiatives that accelerate the creation and application of knowledge, anchor research and education in ethics; civic responsibility and promote access and inclusion across our activities. Also, it recognizes the need to forge deeper partnerships in our community and in the world to move ideas into action.

Mission

• Maharaja Surajmal Brij University is committed to generating, disseminating, and preserving knowledge, and to working with others to bring this knowledge to bear on the world’s great challenges. The University is focused on providing its students with an education that combines rigorous academic study and the excitement of discovery with the support and intellectual stimulation of a diverse campus community. We seek to develop in each member of the University community the ability and passion to work wisely, creatively, and effectively for the betterment of humankind.
