Vision

Pandit Sundarlal Sharma (Open) University Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur the State Open University in Chhattisgarh delivers;

to take education to the doorstep of the deprived to build up the quality human resource base of the State,
move towards the improvement of the quality of Open Distance Education & strengthen the networks using Emerging technologies,
to promote and develop appropriate ambience to build International standard distance education scenario in the country,
to fulfil the demands of the Learners to develop to their fullest potential in tune with the requirements of the twenty-first century
to achieve synergy between academic, corporate and social areas to benefit all the stakeholders in general and students in particular
to integrate national development global understanding& respect towards Nature.
