• The Indian education industry has great demand in the world; huge investments have been made to develop the education industry. Students are performing and providing their worth in all spheres of educational industry at national and international arena. As Vice Chancellor of P.K.University the objective is to create learning atmosphere of understanding, sharing the thoughts, development of skills, confidence building amongst the students. Development of instinct of physical fitness and complete the work, assignment, within the time frame. Instead of waiting for the things to happen make best efforts to achieve the targets / goals successfully. Motivating the students to understand spirit of teamwork so as to succeed the challenges of life.  The mission of the university is to impart quality education, conducting need oriented research, exploring new frontiers of science and technology. To develop human resources and policy guidance to build a vibrant, responsive and resilient society. The course curriculam approved by Higher education developed as the best practice of Industry. Similarly Vth Deans committee recommendations curriculum is adopted for agriculture students, law council and pharmacy council of India developed curriculum is applicable in the university to ensure best practice of industry.

• The university is placed in remote areas of Madhya Pradesh; there is a need to develop entrepreneurship skills. Collaboration with government of India skill development program will be beneficial to students. Interaction with private and semi government organization has to be pursued to enhance placement opportunities. Motivation, self confidence, honour and respect for each other is the best way to establish a relation with the students. We prefer to deliver a talk on recent advances in science, technology, innovation and other important national and international subjects. We prefer to greet students on their academic and sports achievements, cultural activities sharing pleasure in festive atmosphere. Classroom visits and interaction and appreciation of their efforts simple for keeping campus clean, discipline is very useful in confidence building. We have to ensure highest level of academic teaching, appropriate research, physical exercises, sports activities which entertains their heart that the days spent at the university campus was full of satisfaction.
